Coniston Water (Cumbria) - ref. VFB_0055



A bench on the edge of Coniston Water at the hamlet of Monk Coniston. At the northern end of the lake with beautiful views down the length of the lake.

How to get there: Coniston Water is in the southern section of the Lake District, close to the town of Coniston. To find the bench take the B5285 east from Coniston. Take a right turn approximately 500m after the Waterhead Hotel. There you will find a car park and landing stage. The bench is about 200m on the right.

Access: Slight scramble through overgrown plants to reach bench.
