Bench on SW coastal footpath near Eype, Dorset - ref. VFB_0001



A basic wooden bench located on the coastal footpath between Eype and West Bay in Dorset. Provides great views out to sea and of the coastline towards Lyme Regis.

How to get there: Eype is a small village just off the A35 about 2 miles west of Bridport and West Bay. Turn off the A35, towards Lower Eype, a narrow lane with passing places. Continue through the village to Eype's Mouth where there is a car park on the cliff above the beach. The bench is situated up the steep hill to the east. Locate bench on detailed map here

Amenities: Very nice tea shop in caravan site at Eype's Mouth with toilet facilities.

Access: Good access to car park and tea shop/toilets, but very steep climb to bench. Unsuitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs
