Near the Lizard point (Cornwall) - ref. VFB_0043
A basic, quite small white-painted wooden bench but with a great view over Housel Bay, looking towards Lizard Point, Cornwall.
How to get there:
The bench is just off the coastal path, about one mile along the path eastwards from Lizard Point which is National Trust property. The bench is in the grounds of a hotel which overlooks the sea. The Lizard Point about 10 miles south of Helston on the A3083. There is car-parking close to the lighthouse which marks the point. There is a narrow lane from the village of Lizard which gives access to the hotel.

The hotel nearby serves meals and tea & cakes.
Access: The coastal path is very well marked and is suitable for those reasonably mobile. The easier access is via the hotel.
Unusual features or other information: You can see the Lizard Point lighthouse to the south west which is the most southerly point of the British Isles.
