How to get there:
The bench is located on the SW Coastal path just about 4 miles west of Padstow, near Trevose Farm. The bench overlooks the bay not far from the Padstow lifeboat station as can be seen. The new state of the art lifeboat station was built in 2006 to house the Tamar class lifeboat, the Spirit of Padstow. Originally the lifeboat station was located in Hawkers Cove, closer to Padstow, but had to be re-sited in 1967 due to river silting. Locate the bench on detailed map

Unusual features or other information: Note that the bench spotter has captured the Padstow lifeboat actually being launched down the slipway. Brilliant!.
