Duncliffe Wood, near Shaftesbury, Dorset- ref. VFB_0081
A basic wooden memorial bench, located in an area within the woods which provides a fantastic display of bluebells in the spring.
How to get there:
Duncliffe Wood is located about 4 miles west of Shaftesbury in Dorset, prominent on the summits of Duncliffe Hill. From Shaftesbury, take the A30 towards East Stour and then turn left (opposite the Kings Arms pub) towards the village of Stour Row. After about half a mile along this lane, the footpath to the wood is on the left and there is some car parking available. Locate Duncliffe Wood on detailed map

Access: The main footpath/bridleway into the wood is reasonable but some of the paths through the wood are quite uneven and steep in places.
