How to get there:
Stourhead House and Gardens is a well known National Trust venue which is located just north of the A303 in Wiltshire, about 3 miles north west of Mere. From the A303 take the B3092 and follow the National Trust signs towards the small village of Stourton. Follow the signs to the NT car park.

Amenities:
Usual NT restaurant and shop at the main car park. There is also the Spread Eagle pub in Stourton, which is close to the entrance of the gardens.
Access: Good even paths and guided walks. Electric buggies are also available to be used, if required.
Unusual features or other information: Stourhead House and Gardens is one of the finest examples of landscaped gardens owned by the National Trust in the south of England. For more details, visit their website here.
